A Solid Title Main Event Bout for UFC 300


The most anticipated, UFC:300 is just around the corner, giving you an epic fight card since UFC:100.

In its Main event, we have a Lightheavyweight Championship Fight, between former UFC Middle weight Champion, and current Lightheavyweight Champion, ‘Alex “Poatan” Pereira” against, former Light Heavyweight Champion Jamal “Sweet Dreams” Hill.


History Will Be Made and Legacy Will Solidify


Since moving to 205, Pereira steamed rolled the Light-Heavyweight Division, winning the belt, with just under two fights, against Jan Blachovicz and Jiri Prochazka. 

Making him the quickest Two Division Champion in the promotion. But, returning from injury, the former king of 205, Jamal Hill is coming back for his belt, which he painfully vacated due to a torn Achilles back in July 2023.  


POUND FOR POUND 205 FIGHT


Hill knock-out, out 7 of his opponents in the Light-heavyweight Division, knocking out, former light heavyweight champion Glover Teixeria to win the Belt in 2023. 

However, Pereira made his Debut in the division last UFC:291, Winning by a split decision against Jan Blachowicz, earning a championship opportunity against  Jiri Prochazka at UFC 295, winning the belt Via TKO. 


WHO’S THE KING OF 205?


Now, with UFC:300 coming up,  will “Poatan’ continue his dominant conquest in the light-heavyweight division, or will Jamal “Sweet Dreams” Hill, claim his throne back, and be the new King of 205? 

Is it going to be a Sweet Dream for Poatan at UFC:300? or Poatan will cement his legacy as the new king of the Light-Heavyweight division, since Jon Jones?
